The Muhlenberg volleyball team evened its Centennial Conference record with a 3-0 home sweep of Bryn Mawr.
The Mules (7-10, 2-2) were in control for most of the night in defeating the Owls (0-13, 0-4) for the 20th straight year. The set scores were 25-15, 25-13, 25-14.
With a comfortable lead for the majority of the match, Muhlenberg played different lineups and used a balanced attack. All 12 healthy Mules played, and nine of them recorded kills.
Sophomore
Megan Ray recorded a team-high eight kills, including six in the third set. Seniors
Maggie Enestvedt and
Tara Register added seven kills apiece, while senior
Laura Boll chipped in with six.
Register passed the career milestone of 600 kills, while Enestvedt notched her 600th career dig.
The first set was 15-13 before Muhlenberg closed out with a 10-2 run, with Enestvedt serving five straight points. Four kills by Enestvedt and three by Register helped the Mules open up a commanding 18-10 lead in the second set.

Lauren Achey (pictured above) gave Muhlenberg the first of three straight points to open the third set, and Bryn Mawr never caught up. Freshman
Amirah Moody had all three of her kills in the third, and Register ended the match with a kill.
The defense held the Owls to a negative hitting percentage, with Register and junior
Rebecca Shear finishing with 11 digs apiece and Achey contributing to two of the Mules' four blocks. Freshman
Emma Eglinton played the final two sets and handed out 24 assists.
