The Muhlenberg men's lacrosse team wrapped up its 2017 season and the career of one of its best players with a 19-4 loss at Franklin & Marshall.
The Mules were even 2-2 at the end of the first quarter, but the 15th-ranked Diplomats - who finished the Centennial Conference regular season without a loss - scored seven goals in each of the second and third quarters to pull away.
Senior
Brad D'Alessandro scored a goal in his final game for Muhlenberg to move into a tie for third on the program's all-time scoring list with 106 career points. D'Alessandro
(pictured above) finished in sole possession of second place with 80 goals scored.
Frankie Feaster closed out his sensational freshman campaign with a goal, an assist, six ground balls and 10 faceoffs won. He scored a goal in 11 straight games to end the year to become only the third freshman in program history to score 20 goals. Feaster's season totals of 118 ground balls and 165 faceoff wins were both the second-best in program history.
