Box Score

The Muhlenberg women's lacrosse team completed a successful week in Hilton Head with an 18-5 win against Bridgewater.

The Mules outscored their two Spring Break opponents by a combined 35-7 to improve to 4-0 for the fifth time in the last 10 years. It's the first time they've allowed fewer than 10 goals to each of their first four opponents since 2006.

Juniors Kelsey Nagle and Stephanie D'Ascoli scored four goals apiece, and junior Nora Fisher added three goals for her third career hat trick. Senior Casey Armstrong and sophomore Jordy Bonvini found the back of the net twice each.

women's lacrosse in Hilton HeadBridgewater (3-2) answered an early Muhlenberg goal with one of its own 2:24 into the game. Fisher won the ensuing draw and went straight to goal, scoring the go-ahead tally just nine seconds later to kick off a 10-0 run for the Mules. Nagle scored three of her career-high four goals before the Eagles interrupted the run with back-to-back goals. She also contributed to Muhlenberg's next three goals, assisting on two and scoring the other to extend the lead to 14-4 midway through the second half.

Freshman Erin Duca recorded her first career point with an assist on Fisher's third goal with five minutes to play.

Senior Kiersten Mulvey and junior Sara Allison split the game in goal, each making three saves. Fisher finished with five draw controls, and Bonvini added four.

The Mules have won three straight games by double-digit margins for the first time since 2013.
