The Muhlenberg men's basketball team closed the first half on a run but could not overcome hot shooting by Dickinson and lost, 79-61, in a matchup of two teams vying for Centennial Conference playoff berths.

The Mules (8-12, 5-9) trailed 31-19 before closing the first half on a 14-5 run to close to within three. Sophomore Nick Rindock scored seven of his team-high 15 points during the surge.

The Red Devils (9-12, 8-6) kept Muhlenberg from getting any closer in the second half, however, shooting 57.7 percent from the field.

Junior Brandon LaRose also scored in double figures, finishing with 11 points, and sophomore JeanLee Baez pulled down a game-high nine rebounds.
