The Mules (7-6, 4-3) outscored the Shoremen, 44-30, in the second half to overcome a five-point halftime deficit.

Nick Rindock led Muhlenberg for the second straight game with 19 points (13 in the second half) to go along with eight rebounds. Sophomore
JeanLee Baez scored 14 points, and junior
John Hunter added 12.
Washington (2-10, 0-6) made eight three-pointers in the first half, opening up a 34-26 lead with three minutes to play. The Mules scored the final five points of the half, then outscored the Shoremen 8-3 to start the second half, drawing even at 37-37 on a three-pointer by Rindock
(pictured above) with 17:26 on the clock.
A jumper by junior
Brandon LaRose (9 points, 4 assists) put Muhlenberg ahead for good, 43-42, at the 14:03 mark. The margin was still one point, 55-54, with less than eight minutes remaining, before the Mules went on a 9-1 run, fueled by seven points from Rindock, to extend their lead to nine. Muhlenberg held Washington without a field goal for over six minutes down the stretch.
Sophomore
Owen McLeod scored a season-high nine points.
