The Muhlenberg men's soccer team ended its season on a winning note, shutting out Ursinus, 1-0, for the 600th win in program history.

Junior Jeff Remley (pictured above) scored the lone goal after a scrum in the box with 8:15 left in the first half.

The defense made that goal stand up for its fourth shutout of the season. Sophomore Nick Dusing, who played most of the season at back and midfield but was pressed into emergency service when both of the Mules' goalies suffered season-ending injuries, recorded three saves in his second start. He made a great diving save in the first half and parried a potential game-tying shot over the net late in the second.

Dusing was helped out by his older brother, junior Jack Dusing, who cleared a ball off the line following an Ursinus corner kick in the second half.

Muhlenberg has an all-time record of 600-399-89 in 73 seasons of competition.
