The Muhlenberg track and field teams continued to show weekly improvement in a tri-meet with Franklin & Marshall and McDaniel.
In their second meet of the season, the Mules combined for 17 first-place finishes, five all-time top 10 performances and four regional qualifiers.
Junior
Ben Arehart and sophomore
Elek Ferency contributed to all three of those categories. Arehart cleared 6-4 to win the high jump, moving to seventh on the all-time performance list. He is only the second Mule to jump that high since 1987. Ferency won the shot put at 47-8, the best mark by a Muhlenberg thrower since 2007 and the fifth-best all-time.
Senior

Marielle Avola (pictured above right) won by more than a minute in her first time competing in the event at Muhlenberg. Her time was the sixth-best in program history.

Abby Dalton qualified for regionals in the 1500, and junior
