Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes for the College Community are designed to teach fitness through various levels of training by offering  a variety of different classes, days and times.

ZUMBA:
Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
Low-instensity and high-intensity moves are mixed for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
A total workout combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a SERIOUS DOSE OF AWESOME!

Life Sports Center John Deitrich Field House

INDOOR CYCLING:
We offer a varity of indoor cycling in 45 minute or 60 minute increments.  
This class will get the feet moving and the heart pumping by combining strength and endurance components associuated with cycling.  Jump, run and climb your way through an intese 45 or 60-minute seesion of aerobic anbd anaerobic training on a stationary bike.
All levels welcome.

YOGA:
Using a variety of stretches, breathing and postures, this class helps you develop flexibility and relaxation while building strength, muscle tone and proper alignment of the body.
Monday & Wednesdays 6 pm - 7 pm

HALF HOUR OF POWER:
This class is an energy packed workout focusing on cardio and core strength.
Tuesdays 5 pm - 5:30 pm
