The up-and-coming Muhlenberg College wrestling program is seeking a new head coach following the resignation of Shaun Lally.

The Mules are coming off a season in which they won 10 dual matches, their most in 14 years, and have seen considerable growth in their program in recent seasons. After struggling to field a team in the early part of the decade, Muhlenberg's roster has numbered in the 20s each of the last two years.

Appearances at Madison Square Garden, trips to compete in Florida, participation in the Travis Manion 9/11 Heroes Run and a home dual-meet tournament are among other recent highlights of the rising program. 

Assistant coaches Sonnieboy Blanco and Andrew Drake will run the team until a head coach is hired. The Mules are scheduled to open their 2017-18 season on Saturday, November 4, at King's.
